Though Arjun was always admired for his suave looks, it was his his super toned looks in Ra.One that made everyone start talking about his physique. Rigorous workout sessions spanning over two months helped Arjun build the physique that was required for his role in Ra.One.
The best thing about his body is that it looks just about right – not bulky, not overly lean, yet sexy!
Arjun trains for around two hours in the gym (prefers noon time to work out). About 40 minutes of various cardio, 10 minutes on treadmill to warm-up and then a specific body part.

Arjun definitely believes in eating everything and doesn’t avoid anything.
He knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it provides fuel for the entire day. He prefers having blended pulp of grapes, an apple and half a grape fruit mixed with oats, flaxseeds and cherries.
About an hour and a half later, he has scrambled egg whites along with a wheat toast. A balanced lunch and dinner (by 9pm max) suits him. He also ensures that every meal has proteins and lots of carbs.

Arjun says that’s its very important to know your body type and understand what kind of a body you would be happy with.
He gets bored lifting weights at the gym and thinks it isn’t enough as his body becomes stiff. That’s why he trains in different ways such as core training, cardio with weights, playing sports such as tennis, cycling, swimming and running 10 kms once a week.
