For some time now, the prime minister has been spreading the message of healthy living, and he himself believes in keeping oneself fit, something that he has been doing since childhood. “Body fit toh mind hit (If the body is fit, the mind is at its best)” is his success mantra.
Narendra Modi also happens to be one of the hardest-working politicians India has ever seen, and carrying forward his enthusiasm for health and well-being, the prime minister recently launched the Fit India Movement.
“Fitness is 0 percent investment with infinite returns,” said Indian prime minister Prime Minister Narendra Modi while launching the Fit India Movement.
Narendra Modi is well-known for his love for fitness and begins his day with yoga. He also often posts fitness videos on social media.
