A strong determination to lose weight and be fit drove Parineeti to shed all those extra kilos. Besides taking up physical activities like jogging, yoga, horseback riding, swimming, and running, she also said goodbye to pizza, burgers and other junk food.
Losing weight was not easy for Parineeti, because she loved food. But, once she made up her mind, she underwent a rigorous workout regime and a strict diet plan to shed those extra pounds.
Even after doing a few films, when she had some time on her hand, she again underwent a rigorous workout program to further lose weight. Not many liked her new look, as they felt she looked way to thin.
However, the fact is that Parineeta managed to successfully shed those extra kilos and got herself a lean body.
“I want to look great. I am taking care of myself and I am losing even more weight because I want to look better,” Parineeti Chopra.
